Our body is built with an amazing immune system. When we bolster that immune system up, we help our bodies to do an even greater job at keeping us healthy. This all natural elixir has not only helped me manage a cough, but it has also helped boost my immune system. Some of the ingredients are anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-viral. It’s simple to make at home and in my opinion, tastes great. I usually will take a large spoon full of this elixir twice a day until I finish it. You can always double the recipe to have more on hand. I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me!
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 lemon squeezed (Slice the other half and throw it in)
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Cayenne Pepper (Sprinkle)
- Cinnamon (Sprinkle)
- 1/2 inch Fresh ginger or Ginger essential oil (2 drops)
- 2 cloves or Immune boosting essential oil like On Guard or Thieves (2 drops)
Shake before using to get all ingredients properly blended each time. This Helps to loosen Phlegm, soothe a sore throat and boosts the immune system so your body can get better sooner!
